Mauler certainly didn't (who has time for his multi-hour autism?), but Nerdrotic and Critical Drinker publish videos in 15 to 25 easily digestible minutes that have much better reach, so in theory they could sway some normalfags. But the truth is that most normalfags don't care about any of that nonsense. They'll either watch the latest Disney goyslop because that's what showing on Disney+ after the kids finished watching Bluey, or they won't care at all and might only engage with that brand of "culture war criticism" because they agree with the anti-woke position.

Critical Soylent is watched for the same reasons why Bimmy and Doge were watched in the past; he's le funny funny man with le funny funny voice, shitting on the product with le funny funny memes.
Part of his audience is there for the culture war, no doubt about it.
But the rest is there for M.Bison screaming OF COURSE! British lady saying "shite", Christopher Lloyd screaming I WAS FROZEN TODAY! clip of people covered in mud farting, and "Haha, those shitty LJN gaymes turned him into a man-child who drinks beer all the time!" "Haha, those shitty woke movies turned him into an alcoholic who pays Tatiana for sex all the time!".

The very few Guru Larry's videos i watched showed that insincere critics who would give stellar reviews to garbage already existed in the ATARI era.
Critics, like journalists, will always prioritize politics and personal gains over truth and objectivity.
