The conspiracy i know about was about the wife cucking Kurt and paying someone to get rid of him, so she could grift his death for all it was worth.
There was a "documentary" (mostly unproven bullshit allegations) about it.
For sure she was a gold digger, and she didn't give a shit about him and their child.
I know that Grohl and the bitch had a lolsuit going about the ownership of Nirvana music, but i've never heard that he was going to be sued and/or fired before the jewarioing.

I am aware of El Duce's claim in Kurt & Courtney that he was paid to "wack" Cobain, but if you think about how self destructive Courtney was, as well as the smear campaign towards her, I think it's safe to say she didn't do it. Dave Grohl's father was a senator's aid, while also being a journalist, so it's possible between his ties to the media and political power, something happened there, because the guy was in and out of Dave's life and only came back when he finally got that big Nirvana money, became his son's personal advisor, and then Nirvana started having issues, and then bam Kurt was dead. Nirvana had plans to play some big shows because they were in debt over canceling a tour in Europe so they needed to make the money back, and Dave was getting threatened between getting fired, as well as the lawsuit, but Geffen was also fighting with him because he wanted royalties that Kurt fucked everyone else out of after the first pressings of Nevermind, he negotiated without Dave and Krist which fucked them all out of royalties, only Kurt was getting credited. Once this happened Dave was fighting with Geffen over those songwriting credits and was even fighting to either restructure his contract with them, or be released from the contract, but Geffen said no. So if you kill your frontman, what happens? It's simple, no frontman, no band, especially if he was the voice and face of your band, nobody would have accepted them just moving on without Kurt. The story goes deeper if you look at every 10 years when someone close to Grohl dies, most recently Taylor Hawkins, there is tons of weird coincidences that once you realize, it's hard to ignore and it becomes less coincidental. But this could be me and a bunch of other people just losing our minds, but it's weird that they release Studio 666 and then Taylor just fucking dies.

He wanted out of the music industry I think too, but because of the lawsuits he was forced to keep going until someone stopped him or he stopped himself. He wanted to just stay home and raise his daughter, and there were rumors that he was planning a divorce but was afraid he was going to lose his daughter in the settlement and it makes me curious, why would someone who was worried about his daughter's well being suddenly off himself? That would just make his wife win in the end, it strikes me as just very odd, not even going into the details of him helping Courtney write Hole's album that was released like a month later. You could tell he wanted to quit and become a producer if anything, and after his overdose in Rome and everyone trying to force him into rehab, I feel like someone in his camp gave him bad drugs or bad drug connections in Rome or when he smuggled drugs over there and when he came back, he was paranoid and pulled a 2Pac where he bought a gun and held up in his home until either someone got to him, or he got to someone.
