I'm pretty sure this is one of the dumber things this "professional comic book critic" has said so far. A professional artist doesn't go "Fuck, how do I draw feet again?" when switching from one sex to the other. The anatomy isn't that vastly different.

He could've made a cross-reference with Rob Liefeld and joke about artists struggling with feet in general (not sure if he ever jumped on the "Liefeld hates feet" meme, though).
Or he could've joked about how the artist should diversify his tracing sources.
But no, he had to suggest that the artist is either sexist or dumb.
