Turned out the stream of Kieran crying about Screenwave was over 2 hours long. And you know what, listening to what Red Cow said about the stream, he is a damn liar and delusional. There are things in it that don't make sense. I keep noticing that he is vague on who he is accusing and he always tries to make James look good.

Autistic Cliff notes version and my personal comments on each point if I think is necessary.

1) Complaining that people got paid 3 times his salary and didn't do the amount of work he did. His salary was 41k.
2) Cinemassacre makes 60k a month on just adsense alone. (Red Cow says this makes sense since it includes old videos) while each new AVGN episode makes 5k in its first week.
3) He really insists that the AVGN movie makes a lot of money on streaming which we know is a load of bullshit. I can't think of one person who said the movie is good.
4) Screenwave wouldn't give him a raise saying that Cinemassacre pays out the salary. That doesn't make sense since he is employed by Screenwave not Cinemassacre. Mike and James of course say they can't because they aren't the bosses.
5) Mike own half of Cinemassacre. He probably meant 45% with James having the same share since he says that Screenwave owns a small portion of Cinemassacre with James and Mike equal partners.
6) He kept threatening Screenwave that he would either quit or they would have to fire him. That's why no one respected you idiot.
7) If he makes a YouTube channel, he would do a drama video on his time at Screenwave.
8) James "wrote" the 2022 videos. Mike and him helped with making the jokes while James put it all in one script. That much was obvious.
9) He did the majority of the editing. Then someone who he doesn't name fixed sound and color corrected before handing off to James for final touches. He is throwing other people under the bus for things that people complained about the most in regards to the video's quality.
10) Says that Screenwave was obsessed with gimmicks. Example he used was dropping the Green Dog game into lava. Says that Screenwave would come to James and tell him the game and ideas they wanted in the video with James, Mike and Kieran figuring out how to make it work. I don't believe James giving a fuck. Even Red Cow is wondering how James did zero pushback there especially since Kieran is trying to pretend that James cares about putting out a good product.
11) Kieran re- edited the plagiarized Monster Madness episodes. He blames the plagiarism on them outputting too much content in 2021. At least Tony didn't make an excuse and just fired Newt's ass.
12) Of course in 2022, Screenwave handed the reins over to Kieran to run AVGN. Then when views went up, they wanted to know how to make more shekels from it. Kieran's idea was to bring back James & Mike Mondays and Rental reviews since they sold brand deals on those. James and Mike both agreed. Kieran's girlfriend got the Kung Flu and Kieran had to not go into the office since he was exposed. (This is when Red Cow became retarded because they didn't understand why the slobs would be going into the office in 2022 not realizing that most companies were returning into the office by that point. Just because these guys have taken longer doesn't mean that other companies did.) During the time he was out, an unnamed coworker sabotaged it and convinced James and Mike not to do those shows. Yeah don't believe it since Mike said he stopped James and Mike's Mondays
13) Management yelled at Kieran for ruining the company accusing him of going into business for himself and stealing Rental reviews for his own channel and streaming. Don't buy it. They allowed Tony to pretty much steal it for Hack the Movies.
14) Doom episode is when Screenwave thought the channel was turning around after the plagiarism. I don't know how. Must be the cameo by John Romero because I consider it one of the worst AVGN episodes. They were planning to give a raise to 55k but changed their mind back to 41k, 1k bonus and 2% of adsense of the channel.
15) Kieran, James and Mike agreed to 6 AVGN episodes a year when he took over as showrunner. Screenwave wasn't happy about that and wanted more.
16) Screenwave sent Kieran to Magfest and got mad that he didn't stop James from talking with Screw Attack. Funny. I don't think they would care because according to Iron Liz, he left Screw Attack because he hated that they required him to do 2 episodes a month. There is no reason to think they could poach him.
17) He didn't know about Cinemassacre Truth until he joined Screenwave with someone showed him the subreddit a year into working there. Ryan, Justin and management were obsessed with the subreddit and made changes based on it. Ironic since he became more obsessed over it more then management.
18) Final straw for Kieran was when they told him to do YouTube shorts dedicated to old AVGN moments. He thought they were a waste of time and can't be monetized. He also thought they were a punishment assignment and that Screenwave was obsessed with them. Took him off top 10 videos to do that. Anyone with 2 brain cells knew it was a good idea to try with how shorts was being pushed but not Kieran.
19) Management didn't care about his personal life but they came to talk to him about theirs during times he was editing.
20) Screenwave cancelled James and Mike Mondays because it wasn't doing well enough and cancelling it would make other videos perform better. Ok. By saying this, he is calling Mike a liar since Mike has always said he stopped it.
21) After he resigned, they offered him 1k not to disparage them. He refused to take the money.
22) He's living in fear thinking Screenwave would send him a cease and desist letter. Depends if he is defaming them.
