The funny thing is, there have been studies that prove being on the internet does cause mental fatigue, which has symptoms of depression. Because of the constant flow of new information, even if it confirms every bias you have, your brain gets overwhelmed with all the shit it has to process, especially since you're looking at a screen that's so close to your face. Whether it's a monitor or a phone, your brain cannot handle having to process the light and the information at the same time. That's why a lot of SJWs are so angry and defensive.

By going on twitter and whining about his problems, Spoony is actually aggravating them. If he just sat down and read a book with the phone in the other room, he'd probably start feeling better within an hour or so. If he actually did a vlog and then gave it to someone else to edit like he promised he would, that would also help.
