Will Ty Beard go after her at this moment? It will probably take a whole while until (and.if) she's served. Rekieta told on one of his streams that the usual tactic on defamation cases is to go after the big players first, because you can settle with them and as part of the settlement, they can help to discover evidence (like company emails) to fry the smaller fish.
