It's just so obvious he knows jack shit about politics and I don't believe it's possible to lack even basic critical thinking to the extent that he's displaying unless his brain literally is completely fucked from mixing alchahol with medication.

It is a possibility. It's easier to believe that he's a shill than to believe he's actually that damaged.
Then again, he looks like Palpatine on an especially bad day and doesn't fucking sleep. He's likely just delirious at this point. His rambling isn't impactful or relevant enough to warrant a pay. He's so scatterbrained and tweets so relentlessly that he serves more like an anti-advertisement for libshittery.

A twitter employee that was leaving the company deactivated Trumps twitter account. It was down for 10 minutes and then they restored it.

Why would Spoony celebrate Trump's Twitter getting taken down? That won't stop him from being president, it would just take away Spoony's (and a depressing/hilarious number of journalists') #1 hobby.
