Ok. He is using AI to sing.

He gives the excuse just because the Gunt was reading poetry on his streams. Seems weird to do so.

He just wants to become the next Rex Viper.

Was his voice something that you would expect from a dying man with lung cancer who recently survived a heart attack, or was it the same as always?

A bunch of people have been using AI to make songs and audio bits of him. He seemed happy that people will use his voice to make him say "nigger" a lot in the future, which is a fair point.

So did he do anything of note whatsoever on this stream, or was he just milking superberries from retards as usual?

I stopped watching it after 15 minutes since it didn't seem that any new was going to happen. It was just singing then usual bragging that he mocked the Gunt and Dick Masterson.

His voice did sound a little different as if he smoked a bunch of Marlboros. But I won't say it sounded like he was at Death's door.

I'm surprised he never claimed to suffer from terminal COVID.

Didn't sound different to me, but here is a mirror for everyone to judge for themselves.

Doesn't sound different besides terrible mic quality that causes peaks.
