JYB actually seems like a cool dude, plus he has talent.

Late to the party on this one, but JYB was smart to transition from acting to voice acting because he proved he could act with and without the use of his body. Sure a lot of his voices are the same, but it's the tone that really got people to admire him as both an actor and voice actor. The reason I say that is because I have been on a Power Rangers kick and I went back to watch some of the episode him and JDF were in from MMPR-Turbo, and a few episodes in-between like his appearance in In Space and Operation Overdrive, and boy his voice acting helps with the line delivery, because JDF may be considered the greatest Power Ranger, but my god does his acting blow hard, it's like he never learned anything and demanded top billing because kids didn't know what good acting was.

And he managed to combine voice acting with his old career by working on the Ultraman Blazar dub.

P4's been slowling burning through it's dub cast since the anime came out.
The fact is dub's don't matter.

They matter for normies, but they don't care who's voicing them, as long as someone's saying it in their language.

Also, it's pretty funny that anime's more popular than ever, but none of the Abridged cunts can make their way into the dub industry, despite having years of experience.

He was a massive dork with evil (his villain laugh dub was terrible) and he always got front and center in roles and quickly overtook things as team leader despite being a sixth ranger, which is a far different role in Sentai. JYB/Adam I find to be far more relatable, and he had some of the better focused on him episodes in my opinion.

Also is this blasphemy but I find Cat to be the superior Pink? I’m a sucker for aussie women so that’s probably part of it.

Even as a kid, I thought Tommy was a tryhard. He had his own stupid "kiai" with every attack he did, like he was special. Thought it was hilarious they gave his shoulder pads to Jason later.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who didn’t like Tommy. Makes me feel better as an adult. And yeah his noises were so bad. Tsuuh!

I really can’t watch Voltage Vengerz anymore, even for nostalgia runs. I’ve seen Super Sentai, and while I’m far more a Kamen Rider/Garo guy it’s so much better. Guess it helps the Japanese don’t dumb down everything for kids.
