If she killed him, she would have needed way more of an access point than a hotel that had constant supervision and monitoring from the front end and possible phone calls, especially with celebs just coming and going. I remember Kurt was on his plane ride out of LA and he was seated next to Duff McKagan from Guns N' Roses and while they were friendly, he didn't want to open up about what issues he was having because they were both on the same record label and I am sure he was scared that Duff was gonna snitch to the record label. It's like Michael Jackson, Cobain was worth more to the label dead than he was alive. Seems all but confirmed that Josh is dead.

Current working theories range from severe food poisoning, organ failure from his insane alcohol consumption or even some poisonous seeds NAL put in a "care package" for Cobes.

Anyone who's been following him knew he'd just croak one day and not in the distant near future either. I fully expected him to die either this or next year. He was going hard on the booze, even by his standards.
RIP, Cobes! I don't have a nasty dogchair to pour beer onto but I'll have a beer in remembrance and rock out at a festival tomorrow in his honour.

Sure seems that way. Not too surprising either. A casual observer may think he was just doing his normal cycle of drinking and eating crappy food. But the past few weeks he's been sent several bottles of rotgut plastic handles of vodka and Everclear and he was drinking Leaving Las Vegas style.

I like to drink. I jokingly call myself an alcoholic sometimes. I certainly drink too often and too much when I do most of the time. But very rarely have I been drinking the absolute bottom shelf stuff (really only in my teens) and even more rarely have I ever been drinking hard two days in a row.
It's true that it'll clear your hangover right up. However, you'll feel pretty bad even when drunk and that day after that is going to be absolute Hell.
Did that once turning 18, once in my late 20s and once in my mid 30s. It gets worse the older you get.
If I were to drink bottom shelf vodka to a blackout and the next day repeat that process right now nearing 40 I'd take a week to recover from that. That's not even factoring in his atrocious diet!

It might be something else but my money is on the alcohol having done him in. He was drinking like an end-stage alcoholic a few years before being there tolerance-wise. Like he had a death wish.
