So something I try to do at the beginning of a month is to check my analytics and the top earners. Residuals from old videos are VERY important for me - basically making up the majority of my Youtube revenue. But it also helps to show why I'll put out one kind of videos over others.

They might not get a lot of views but Youtubers make a shit ton of money from them because of the excessive amount of midrolls. Also you think Linkara would take a hint that he should focus on making more stuff like HOPR when 5 of the top 10 earners are HOPR yet he continues to focus on his less popular show AT4W.
