I tuned out of it because, being a tv show and not a movie, it has the filler and boring drama of tv shows. And the villain isn't a serial killer, but just a crazy jogger who hits random people with a baseball bat and runs away. It may be unprecedented and terrifying in Japan; in any globohomo city...
