Gunn got ran through the wood chipper for his obsessive TDS, and seems to have more or less learned his lesson. I see a lot of movies anyway, but I’m definitely game to give this a swing.

The new Superman movie has to:
- Re-define what a DC movie is
- Sell us on a character that, while extremely famous, seems to be unfashionable these days
- Not bomb, like most capeshit has done over the past few years
There's a lot of pressure on this movie and I think that James Gunn is a clever filmmaker. "Hope" isn't the word for what I feel. It's curiousity (a foreign emotion to many in DHI).
