Aw, hell no. Especially when you can't use the argument that physical size or strength would be a fundamental difference (like with the height of basketball players), so without those limitations, anyone could technically participate.

Expect to see all kinds of race and gender quotas, and probably even special points and "adjusted gameplay mechanics" for the ones that really embrace affirmative action. It'll start slow, but just you wait: fundraisers and initatives will now start to build programs for outreach and development to "disadvantaged youth." Just like other sports.

With the setup and experience these progressives have built up from years in other arenas, it's going to hit esports down hard. Only thing that's currently stopping is is slowdown money from the Asian countries in the name of racial purity.
