I wonder what would have happened had he targeted Marz first? She wouldn't have been able to afford a lawyer, at least not a good one, and would have probably lost. From the position of VICtory, maybe all the others would be willing to settle?

Moot, since he was never going to target her. Everyone here wanted her to get sued because she's a cunt and deserves to have her shit pushed in, but that was never realistic and the reason people only thought it could be was because Nick mentioned it.

Hypothetically however? Vic would have spent all that money on suing her only to be unable to collect because she doesn't have anything. The court might have been able to force her to sell her car, but that depends on the laws in the State of Commiefornia. At best Vic might've gotten an apology. A judgment against her probably wouldn't have helped against people based in Texas and deposing her wouldn't have gotten them information they could use against the other defendants because, despite her claims that she's got friends in Funimation, she's full of shit.
The whole thing would have been a waste of time. A more gratifying waste of time than it has been, but a waste of time nonetheless
