I agree with people saying Nick only wants to represent all of them so he can get their lies straight with lawyer confidentiality. There's a massive conflict of interest between what's best for himself as a defendant and what's best for them as defendants. He's going to represent himself and them because that's the only way he gets to control everything all of them say and any deal one of them tries to make has to go through him first.

I’m digging into this a little more - this is unironically the most entertaining Nick has been in five years. How boned is he? Well - the first thing I noticed was he agreed to talk to the cops without representation which… ‘bitch what?’ - terrible idea.

You got the three charges, gun possession - drug possession and child endangerment. The drug possession is the one the state is gonna want to make stick, that’s the felony - the other two seem to be added on. The big issues with dropping all three seem to be chiefly - the extent to the shit they found. There’s a lot that seemingly got confiscated in this complaint - and this wasn’t just the cops making the rounds - they got a tip, and I’d have to imagine took a shitton of photos - and they can play YouTube clips of the multiple saying how they thought Nick came off. Hell - I’m watching one of Umbrellaguys streams - because I’m genuinely fascinated with this, and even he’s saying shit like “he clearly had an issue.” There’s a lot of people who saw that video he privatized - and not all of them like Nick.

The tip itself seems like Marzgunt vengeance - which Nick should have fucking anticipated. This isn’t even counting him calling the judge a motherfucker during the arraignment - or going back to him speaking to the cops without representation - if he wises up and hires somebody, the story they will recommend will likely contradict the story Nicks coked out ass came up with the night of.

So the possession charge he’s most likely fucked, even with course correction - which is, in and of itself, unlikely. I could see convincing the judge to drop the other two - but he’d need to hire representation and bend over fucking backwards swearing to repent.
