It makes sense considering Doge already dealt with burn out once when he decided to end NC. The guy still does the writing and editing for all his videos like NC,Disneycember, reviewing stuff in theaters, and other miscellaneous videos while doing at least 2 streams every week. That's a lot of work that even younger Youtubers avoid by getting other people to help write/edit their shit. Apparently Turkey Tom is just doing voiceovers as he hired other people to do research and edit as well as Guru Larry.

Doge has apparently been talking on Twitch about retiring the Nostalgia Critic, and switching to more lowkey content. Can't say I'm surprised. The character hasn't really existed for years anyway, and nobody cares about the skits. Why should he bother paying Malcolm, Tamara and the rest any wages when the entire channel merely exists to support his opinions on film?
