2. He was packing up to move in Arizona in Sept 2020.

4. Before meeting April he was thinking of moving to Japan.

I realize you could extrapolate this trend and assume Biden will bail them out indefinitely, but I very much doubt that will happen. Those college loan lenders are FIENDS for getting their money. They're beyond jewish. And there is so much money tied up in student loan debt, thanks to the predatory lending practices and exploitation of young people here in the USA. College-age young people are turned into indentured slaves early on, to the tune of $50,000+ in loan money they feel obligated to pay out for worthless degrees.

There's too much money at stake between student loans and rent payments for the government to just forgive it all and wipe the slate clean. They're not going to take an L that massive.

Nor would they halt evictions indefinitely, since then every landlord would go out of business and the entire country would become Hamsterdam from the Wire. Without landlords, buildings would become tenements and eventually start collapsing. Neighborhoods would become hazardous to live in because of crumbling structures nobody will pay to repair (squatters usually shit up houses).
