At least that game's non-werewolf gameplay was okay.

Wait, you liked it? I’m shocked. I only ever played the demo but heard it was the better part.

I've been playing legend of cuckolds: trails in my ass. It's ok. The game is very text-heavy, but unlike visual novels, the gameplay is strategic, challenging and enjoyable.

Doom, Warframe & Sonic Unleashed. It's the video game trinity.

Re: What are you playing?
Not really but the regular Sonic running segments were alright. The werehog shit was awful.

They should've made Shadow 2 with cover-based shooting segments intead.

And use the GHOUL engine from Soldier of Fortune for gratuitous dismemberment, and Platinum Games style combos for melee combat.VoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Thu Feb 18, 2021 11:32 amThey should've made Shadow 2 with cover-based shooting segments instead
That reminds me, playing Metal Gear Rising again, holds up well gameplay wise and fits better in Kojima’s sperg world better than MGSV. They actually got the “less watching people talk and fight and let me fight” down too, something MGS4 failed miserably at.

Re: What are you playing?
So I've been playing some Blaster Master Zero. Pretty friggin' cool, though rather short for a Metroidvania.
I've also started the second game, and I really like how you can assign weapons to shortcuts for faster access. They've also revamped the fuck out of those Zelda-style dungeons. They where like piss-easy in the first one (as soon as you upgrade your gun to Wave shot you are pretty much untouchable). Enemies in 2 are now far more aggressive (especially those turrets that spam bullets like crazy), but you get counter system to compensate (though it takes some getting used to).
They've also done some balance tweaks for the various gun levels so you actually have a reason to switch back to a lower level (which you only did in the first one if you need the reflector shield, though you can probably ignore even that for all but the final dungeon).
I miss being able to charge up my tank gun, though.
Also man, I just checked out what the HD remake of Heroes of MIght & Magic 3 has to offer, and this shit doesn't include any of the expansions (unlike literally every HD remake ever made). It doesn't even have a random map generator
