It's literally a $500 demon souls machine, and people are actually paying upwards of $900 online to own one.

I find it extra hilarious too, as so many soyboys ignored DeS back in the day, or would give it backhanded compliments like "it was really rough but had potential" or "dark souls was way better."

Now they all fucking love DeS. And me, as someone who always thought demon's souls was the best one, finds this remake pretty soulless and bland-looking. In removing the jank, they've also removed a lot of the horror and charm. DeS had this Berserk feel to it that other Souls games (not counting bloodborne) never had.

I don't see a problem with that. Price hiking is only an issue for essential goods.

I never went beyond PS3. Is there any reason to get a 4 or 5? Are the graphics and gameplay that much better? Are there any games that aren't 100% riddled with wokeshit?

There would have been a reason to buy 4 if most of the good/interesting jap games (and maybe Red Dead 2) didn't also come out on pc.
No reason at all to buy the new one.

At the beginning of the ps4 life cycle, the only reason to buy it was for Bloodborne.

The only interesting PS4 exclusive I can think of is that mecha game by Vanillaware, but I think they dropped the ball a bit by having the combat be so zoomed out.
