It's one of those awkward early 2000s superhero flicks that tried, and failed, to cash-in on the success of Raimi's
Spider-Man . Here's the only bit from it that anyone remembers:
The fight choreography, the music, the acting, Elektra's namedrop at the end; what masterful filmmaking.

I guess that's the one compliment that you could give it; they did actual stunts instead of CGing everything. It's still laughably bad, though.
