It's like all his time every day gets sucked into a black hole. Even NEETs do something with their time. He shows no sign of porn addiction, anime-viewing, hobbies, watching movies or even playing vidya. Substance abuse is the only thing that makes sense, and it makes perfect sense. He probably makes just barely enough off of Patreon to keep buying booze. His bitching about lack of food in the house fits with typical addict behavior. With COVID and the courts being backed up/not scheduling hearings, it's highly likely his foreclosure has been delayed.

My best guess is he's currently not spending a dime on his house. The bank just hasn't taken it away from him yet. Maybe he pays for utilities out of his youtube and patreon shekels and then the rest goes to booze, bus tickets (he probably doesn't leave his house more than once a week, and then only to buy liquor) and MAYBE some cheap dog food for oreo.
