Another thing VPNs are good for. YT checks your IP via embedded videos as well. So when somebody here links an INs video you don't even need to watch it to make YT think you're interested in shit like that.
Go to YT without being logged in after a Linky video was embedded in a thread here and he'll show up in recommendations. The site wouldn't dream of suggesting you something so unpopular just out of the blue.
