I was personally disappointed Megan Rapinoe didn't turn into a wyvern and carry off some of the Dutch players back to her pickling vats.
Seriously-they're a sport struggling to survive and gain any attention. And on the biggest world stage they decide to insult half the country (especially since conservatives tend to be loyal as sports fans) and demand more money.
[Instead of just keeping their mouth shut and starting fights on the field, or selling nudes of Alex Morgan.]
Only women.

Everybody is. It'll start off being George Flyod season for everyone.
You'll have to put up with it for a month or two until they start finding an excuse to hate each other on the field again.
Also you get to watch great shots of empty stadiums.

Drew Brees said he didn't like players disrespecting the flag so now he's cancelled. His teammates don't want to play with him, and r/NFL wants him forced into early retirement.
