And the best part is that it's Pizza Hut. Also I'm organizing the few games I have and testing them out. I've shown Redneck Rampage, Tomb Raider, Sims 2 and Bikini Zombie Slayers.

I had Domino's. Before you hate, they bought the two biggest chains here and our local store has practically not changed a bit. It's just rebranded.

Fresh trout grilled to perfection. Nothing on it but salt and pepper, except for a thin coat of olive oil so it doesn't stick to the grill. Heavenly.

It wasn't a meal exactly. One of my relatives has been a growing a few vegetables this summer. She gave me a kholrabi and it was fucking delicious. Raw, chilled in the fridge, sliced and eaten with a bit of coarse sea salt. Absolute heaven. The flavor is similar to daikon radish, only milder.

Burger discovers kholrabi. You usually cook them but a good one will taste a tiny bit like a nashi pear just not sweet.
Cooked it's usually diced before hand, cooked to the point you'd cook potatoes. Ditch the water, throw some butter on them and add salt.

Had Duroc pig for the first time a day ago. It was fantastic! It's a mixed breed between Jersey Red and Iberico. I've had Iberico before and they are the same quality but not quite the same flavour. I've had French racks of both.
Still, outstanding! Very expensive but I assure you that you won't be disappointed.
With it being an American breed all you burgers should be able to try it. Duroc is a tad more expensive here while Iberico is much more expensive in the states, so for you Duroc would be the better option.
Flavour, as I mentioned, is not entirely the same as the diets are different but it's still extremely tender and juicy. Yes, it costs well more than regular swine filet but it surpasses it by a large margin as well.
Get French racks if you can. Make them like you would any other pork roast, pan frying it and then finishing it in the oven with lots of vegetables for the gravy.
I like to think that my food suggestions have some authority here because when did I ever fail you? If you're ever feeling fancy and see it on offer, go for it. Yes, it truly is that much better. Iberico is like the Kobe of pork and Duroc comes extremely close.

Re: Great meals you just had
I made fish patties today from cod. Super easy recipe!
- about 500g fish filet
- half a lemon
- three eggs
- fresh parsley
- panko
- one onion
- a clove of garlic
- oil & butter
- salt & pepper
Cut the fish filet into bits, put it in a bow and add fresh lemon juice; chopped parsley, onion and garlic; salt and pepper.
Mix it well and put all of that through a meat grinder.
Now add eggs and panko (alternatively bread crumbs but I'd go with panko).
Taste it and add more salt and pepper if necessary.
Heat up your pan with a 50/50 mix of oil and butter. Form the patties and roll them in the panko again.
Fry until golden brown.
That's enough for about ten patties. Adjust ingredients at will. I'd say you can use any white fish filet for it. Cod works very well, pollock would also be a good choice.
I've had them today with potato salad but I've got two left that I'll make a Fischfrikadellenbrötchen with tomorrow.
