This shit isn't new and all game journos would have known about these problems for decades. They are only talking about this shit now because they are trying to get devs to unionise, and a lot of those unions are full of SJW scum who are using it to push diversity hiring in companies (they straight up say it) and bully them into submission. The whole "we care about the workers rights" is a pile of shit, they had decades to fix this and they did nothing and I guarantee nothing will be done about crunch and overtime.
