The call was a massive shitshow. One tractor bought his citibank debt for $300 (pennies on the dollar amount he owes) and showed up as a creditor. Other highlights include people calling in to play Snort Burnell clips and some fucker making a beep noise constantly during the proceedings.

I thought it was real interesting when she started asking how he decides what a "business" expense is and how/why he has zero electronics in his house despite having one of every console. This motherfuck literally calls everything he owns a business expense except WWE network. He has a ps vita and he calls it a business expense. When the fuck did this sack of shit ever let's play any Vita games?

He also has an iPhone 6 that he didn't list and which is not a business expense, as well as an iPad he didn't list "because it's old."

I know friends who work for apple remotely and they send you a computer that is only supposed to be for work only. That means as soon as you're done you don't touch it for personal browsing or use. Obviously they can't track him like they could but it's hard to believe he would call a Nintendo switch a business only device when we know he's bing bing wahooing off camera.

That's not even the issue. Absolutely nobody gives a fuck if you use something that's necessary for your company privately outside of very few things. My company car is also my private car and I've always written off gas. That's one of the more potentially interesting things for the state. But if you use that computer to also browse porn to jack off on stream doesn't matter.

What matters is that this dumb fucking idiot has been writing off absolutely everything and still couldn't pay his taxes on time in years. What matters is that he's taken loans he could've easily paid back in a short amount of time but never did. All Dave knows is spending. Every single penny that he gets in his hands, no matter how, must be spent and all income, including loans, is treated as a donation he can just piss away without consequences.

Nah, man, if there's something we can be absolutely sure about Phil is that he, at this point, HATES videogames. I seriously doubt he uses any of his consoles off the clock except to access streaming services and play DVDs. His only "gaming" leisure is mobile Wrasslers in Speedos and other gachashit.
