I think Three Musketeers already has the most film adaptations of any piece of literature.
Single piece? I think A Christmas Carol might have more. Also how do we count Dracula? Or Sherlock Holmes?

Imagine spending a billion US dollars to be a loser. Could've watched animu and be one for free.

Christmas Carol sounds like a good pick. Dracula probably only if you count all those Hammer sequels. Or generally all those Dracula flicks that don't really have much to do with the novel.

BBC did a TV series a few years ago. With a black Porthos.
Well, it's the BBC. It was either BlackPorthos and/or FemPorthos.

The reason Dracula would be problematic (and I'm using the word in its proper sense) is that a lot of Dracula films just use the character of Dracula rather than adapting, even loosely, Stoker's novel.

What happened to Chris Pratt playing Indy in a reboot?

Odds are they introduce Girl Indy in this one, half black and sassy and already the smartest in the room.

He was too fucking old for the role 12 years ago in Crystal Skull. Even that movie looked like grandpa embarassing himself by denying his age.
Is Spoony dead yet?
