I mostly remember it from when Let's Play was a brand-new thing and youtube had a ten-minute time limit. Shit would get posted on their archive with a link to their own backup and you could watch 40 minute videos instead of a bunch of ten-minute ones. That was probably 2008.

Anyway, that's the last time I recall SA contributing anything of worth. It's still the sole reason anyone knows they exist today. Most of those goon let's players went on to become paid gayme journo shills, sjw faggots and regret trolls. Truly the cream of the crop.

I think at least some of it is people on there having dirt on people from 10-20 years ago and blackmailing them if they don't push SJW shit. Since old posts can only be accessed by paying, only fellow goons can see what you posted in 2004 that would get you fired today so they may have to toe the line.
