Now I don't know how it is precisely in the UK, but here an average monthly salary for a waiter is 2300 eur. Add the tax expenses and other non-wage labour costs for the employer and one waiter costs ~3500 eur / month. For a restaurant, depending on the size and opening hours, you'll need at least 2-3 cooks and minimum 2 full time waiters, supposing that the manager also does waitressing, also preferably some part time employees. Then there's things like rent, insurance and other loicense costs, utility costs, equipment costs, food costs, marketing costs etc.

They also employ only real autists? Autists are retards, they aren't suitable, or even remotely useful, for any kind of productive work.
