I have no intentions on buying it from what I'm seeing, but Diablo is like the only good current blizzard property that needs to be given to someone else already.

There's nothing good about current Diablo. If you mean formerly good, Warcraft and Starcraft should also be handed over. The question is to whom? I don't see any big dev doing them good in the current absolute state of vidya.
