Re: Movie Thread
See and that's exactly the problem. What isn't resolved? That Walter didn't get a heroic death or his comeuppance? That he had unfinished business had he survived season 4? That's how life is.
No glorious arc. No "my story isn't finished". Just something that'd plausibly happen.

Realistic portrayal of what condition 3 fags get. Shot in the head. Might even have been dumb enough to carry a 1911 in condition 2. Cheese wasn't exactly a smart boy.da PAC Nigguh wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2019 1:03 am> Threatening someone with a M1911 with the hammer down.

I guess I can respect that, but I don't think Breaking Bad, given how heavily serialised it was, is the kind of show that benefits from an open ending.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Sun Oct 13, 2019 12:49 amNo "my story isn't finished". Just something that'd plausibly happen.

I liked El Camino. All I wanted was for Jesse to make it to Alaska and have a chance at getting out. I got exactly what I wanted out of the whole thing. Cool moments, some nice little action bits, the blonde guy from the white supremacists was fucking annoying though.

Are you referring to Todd? Because I liked how unconventional of a villain (in the context of El Camino) he was and how subtly he exerted power over Jesse. Dude's a sociopath and he's super chill about it.

I really enjoyed El Camino. It wasn't something that absolutely had to be made to conclude the BB story, but it was very stylish way to end Jesse's story arc. It had some very well built suspenseful scenes and I wasn't bored a second during its two-hour runtime. It was also refreshing to see a film without any current year crap, a cuckflix film even! Very good job! 9/10

Nah, you still have the shittiest taste. You know the proverb about a broken clock, right?
