Oh, I think Vic's case has merit. But I wouldn't be surprised if Ty blew a lot of Vic's chances by bungling the case. He can appeal, but all kinds of hopeless cases get dismissed without prejudice and then dismissed again on appeal. Sovshits appeal all the time... And lose.

The relative silence (the fact he's making other kinds of videos and not streaming nearly as much) either speaks poorly to Nick's character or suggests Nick isn't confident, despite whatever he may have said.

Yeah the whole stretch goal was for a second round, and honestly at this point it sounds like Vic doesn't even want to go that far. I can imagine this is pretty much it especially if Vic wins some sort of determination.
