I'd wait until October 4th to truly determine whether Ty is a complete screw up. Don't jump the gun like law twitter, there will obviously be an appeal and the fact that Chupp didn't throw out everything and called for mediation shows that he doesn't think it's all garbage. Even Marchi was called in for mediation even though he threw all of her shit out.

Don't buy into Nick's hype either though where he heavily implies that the judge knew he fucked up and is scared of being appealed and everything will be all better. Don't get caught in either side of the hype and wait for the court results.
