How did this bloke kill himself? Thing is that there's not really anything Law Enforcement can do unless she actually facilitated his suicide, like for example by giving him a gun. Even telling him to kill himself wouldn't be enough, that's how difficult it is to meet the criminal burden.

Legally, there's nothing she's done wrong that she could get punished for realistically. A false accusation of just about anything is pretty much never investigated when the accused an heroed. You won't find a jury that will all agree on her guilt because there will always be too many that will take the suicide as an admittance of guilt.
