Ty and Nick treated this shit like a joke from the very beginning and that's what it became. No surprise.

Seriously. Nick showing up with those shoes in court, jesus christ. It really feels like they didn't take the case seriously at all. And as for Ty, I never paid any attention to him and just assumed he was competent, but it seems not.

Also, I think it's kind of dumb to blame the judge. The judge's job is not to vote one way or another on a case. The judge's job is to weigh the evidence for both sides as presented by counsel. It's an adverserial (sp) system. Obviously the judge felt that Ty's side did not present sufficient evidence to support their case. The judge may be mistaken, but if so, that's going to have to be determined on appeal and it'll be that much harder the 2nd time. And OF COURSE the judge is gonna be some boomer-brained normalfag. You have to just assume that from the beginning and work your case with that in mind.

I really feel the fuckup was on Ty's end. He tried to cast off blame and pull a "it's not over until it's over" on twitter, but just ended up making himself look like a retard.

No it isn't. The judge in this instance was only supposed to rule on the TCPA. It's a TCPA hearing. Instead he turned it into an impromptu evidentiary hearing, so Beard's team were unprepared.

Everyone making excuses about the judge, the defense, needs to shut up. There's one reason and one reason only that Mignogna lost: Ty Beard is an idiot and a con artist.

If Vic had hired an actual lawyer and not a meme, he might have gotten somewhere. As it is, you can be 100% sure that the rest of the charges will be thrown out too.

But after Vic loses his lawsuit against Funimation, maybe he'll be smart enough to sue Nick and Ty. That case he has a good chance of winning.
