One of my favourite Phil memes of the moment is this mythical job his mother told him to get in 10 years. He keeps saying how he'll have to get a job at Microsoft or Boeing, or maybe in game design. Like he's just going to walk into an executive job at one of their head offices after 20 years "running" a "successful" "business". The guy's never held anything above an entry-level phone jockey job anywhere.

You know, more nefarious game developers might actually use him as a playtester, in order to create some brainless game that even he can beat.

I believe that his back is fucked which explains the rocking, although it's definitely his own doing. Combination of an almost completely sedentary lifestyle and a junk food diet. His core strength is probably similar to cream crackers at this point.
