I've seen Inception. That's it. It was okay gun porn but not a movie I'd re-watch.

It's an 18 hour meme movie.da PAC Nigguh wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 12:47 amAlso "Twin Peaks: The Return" is apparently a movie.
Its also the only thing on the list I've seen aside from shitty meme documentary The Act of Grilling.

They obviously rushed the list before the new Sanic movie comes out. It'll chance cinema forever.TheManWithNoPlan wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 5:39 pmNo Whiplash, no Green Room, no Blade Runner 2049, no It Comes at Night no the Nice Guys completely retared list.

Phantom Thread, The Social Network, are good. Twin Peaks: The Return is also good, but it isn't a film. The Master really alienated me the first time I saw it, but I think I would warm up to it if I gave it a re-watch. I agree with TheManWithNoPlan that Green Room and Blade Runner 2049 should be on the list. Hell, it's criminal that the list completely ignores Denis Villeneuve; Prisoners, Arrival, and Blade Runner 2049 are some of the best films of this decade. Also, I'm annoyed that Get Out is on the list over the likes of Hereditary, It Follows, and The VVitch. Every horror film I just mentioned is far better than Get Out, but they weren't made by a black person so they got shafted.

Trying to find the greatest film of the decade is a bit weird in Current Year, what with most movies being easily forgotten in a few months so everyone can overhype the next big thing.

GetOutandBlackPanther.jpeg. You would have thought those were the most groundbreaking films ever the way cucked film critics and the public heaped nearly universal praise on them. Two months later they were only vaguely remembered in the collective consciousness and not even thought of as that great. Societal insistence on appreciating nig art is a helluva thing.VoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Mon May 13, 2019 7:12 pmTrying to find the greatest film of the decade is a bit weird in Current Year, what with most movies being easily forgotten in a few months so everyone can overhype the next big thing.

It's irritating how every film critic acts like Get Out is the most brilliant horror film ever made because it has social commentary. Social commentary has been a part of the genre for decades. These idiots need to watch some George A. Romero and David Cronenberg.
