Supposedly in the ballpark of 110-130k. He definitely overpayed. It was also during a period of housing price inflation IIRC, and he bought it from some bitch he wanted to fuck.

I believe he paid $130-150k for it according to the Zillow history. He basically bought it at the very peak of the housing bubble, then prices crashed right after. I don't really know what his plan is for the kahndo. Even if he was counting on house prices jumping up again, I don't see how leaving the place basically derelict for years would do anything for its value.

Say Phil is a Jew. He may not be the smartest one, but he's pretty useful to the tribe.
