From what I'm hearing over on kiwi, this is just one of the different state bodies signing off with THEIR demands. Plenty of time still for the other government entities to tack on more projects. And they most likely will. But this alone isn't gonna be cheap, thanks to the fencing requirement.

And they haven't asked him to replant any trees yet, which someone most likely will.
