On a more positive note, I just watched the animated flick Batman vs Two-Face, aka Adam West vs Wiliam Shatner.
Aside from most likely having the goofiest origin story of any Two-Face incarnation (Harvey gets doused in
pure evil when a machine designed to suck the evil out of supervillains overloads), they go as Batman TAS with him as they can within the confines of the Adam West Batman, and Shatner does a pretty good job as both Harvey and Two-Face. He's also oddly enough one of the most unsettling/freakish versions of the character I've seen.
I mean, not only are there moments where both personalities are active at the same time, but then you also have a bit where Two-Face seemingly kills his Harvey side and goes 100% disfigured, as his evil side mutates the rest of him. Holy body horror, Batman.
The most negative thing I can say about this is that Dick has some aunt who gets a disproportional amount of screentime for what is a super minor character.
Unfortunately, with Adam West passed away, we'll never get to see more of this. Dammit.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.
