I know it's Disney and all, but what good is it to spend billions putting all these IP''s and characters under your roof just to lose money on all of them?

I'll put money down that they're going to push everything that sells and bury anything that doesnt deeper than song of the south. Alien and Predator series both just had flops, so expect both those franchises to be retroactively erased from human history. If you like any of those movies but don't have a copy go out and get them now, because after the deal goes through they'll be contraband.
