Depends on where court will be held and the judge. What did Gawker in with Thiel and Hulk Hogan is it was held in Florida instead of New York, and while the staff writers and editors could do their signature sarcasm and thinly veiled libelous doublespeak and your average NY hipster juror would be okay with it, in Florida they heard a bunch of smug assholes admit they'd post celebrity child porn if it got page views.

Same goes for the judge. I disagree. Even if they held this trial in California and even if the judge was a complete indoctrinated shitlib, the jury might not be. See, we think of Commiefornia as being a complete shitlib hole but there are people there who aren't indoctrinated shitlibs, even in the coastal cities, and who largely live there despite the people being complete cancer because they have to live there for work. I refuse to believe that in a jury of twelve there wouldn't be at least one such person.

Isn't the court case against Pittstains a civil case though? Because those are decided by a judge, not a jury. I don't know to much about it, but I thought Rusty was getting sued for libel.
