Classic Game Room did that to the Vectrex and the Gottlieb pinball TX Sector.
The Pin was already somewhat of a cult classic but a Vectrex used to run you thirty bucks at best.

Remember that Bruce Willis game Apocalypse? I played it years after the fact and it was okay, but nothing like what it was supposed to be. Instead of a 3rd person co-op with a CPU Willis sidekick, you play Willis in a top-down shooter but the cut scenes weren't altered so he basically talks to himself because the other character was removed.

On the plus side, the game introduced me to Poe, who is hot and a decent singer.
