Watching Haunting Of Hill House and my god it’s shit. In the 4 episodes I’ve watched there’s probably been 3 scenes of actual horror, the rest is tedious family drama. It’s only received good reviews because like all popular media it panders to woke journalists. Easily the worst character is the psychic lesbian who is one of the most obnoxious man jawed cunts I’ve seen on screen.
This is why I fucking hate TV, at least with a film you only have to suffer for a couple of hours but a TV show needs 10 hours for its dull bullshit, and invariably they pad it out with the usual redundant scenes filled with melodrama and exposition in excruciatingly pornographic detail. It’s why I don’t buy into the “le golden age of TV” meme, and why I will never waste my time watching Breaking Bad or whatever overrated shite is pimped by reddit users.
