And also Atari? Western classic arcade games would be trully great if they didn't have such a brutal give-me-more-coins difficulty. Or maybe it's just I suck at them.Kugelfisch wrote: ↑Tue Oct 09, 2018 11:15 pmIf we include arcade games I'd add Midway and Williams to that.
FTFY. I never heard about Gekirindan before but it can't be better than Rayforce because it can't.rabidtictac wrote: ↑Wed Oct 10, 2018 10:33 amGekirindan Rayforce and Elevator Action Returns alone are worth the price, but you also get Darius and tons of other cool shit.
Overall, Taito arcade games don't always have top quality when it comes to gameplay, but some of their games have clearly A+ best is the business art/music. I can't and will never be able to beat Rayforce, Warrior Blade, Metal Black, Rainbow Gayland, etc but I still like them for that very reason.
Btw EAR is a really good co-op game. It's a shame lots of great arcade co-ops are overlooked and forgotten. You can revive them with Retronarch netplay though.
