Chipped another yesterday. Today, while eating cheese doodles, about 98% was just... gone lol
Shit, but most fun. Thank you, Trump!
Almost. I ended up in the shit timeline, I guess.

I drink loads of milk, buddy.
I've never broken a bone. Milk has saved me from that.

Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

A bit of a funny coincidence with the Onision Tree Saga: The people of Northwest Krautistan can enjoy a nice big bonfire for the next week or two because our Wehrmacht 2 (Bundeswehr Boogaloo) thought that the tail end of one of the hottest and driest summers in recent years was the perfect opportunity to play with missiles in a swamp. Without checking whether or not their own firefighting equipment is actually working.

The demoralization and subversion has achieved levels of self-loathing high enough for Germany to start another war - this time with itself.

I had to fire one of my two guys today. He stole 400€ out of the register and tried to take 200€ more today. Got him caught when an employee tipped me off to him doing suspicious shit, checked the data for suspicious register activity and looked those times up on tape.
Well, I didn't really fire him. I had him quit. No demands on unpaid overtime or left vacation signed. Paying back the 400€ out of his last paycheck, also signed. That's the best solution for both of us. He won't get charged with theft, I get rid of him on the spot. If he dares demand any kind of shit or go to labour court, I'll fuck him raw.
Can I fire somebody for theft right away? Yes. But that would put the burden of proof on me and have to be settled in court. That means that until that court case is settled, they are effectively not fired and I have to keep paying them up to that point and will have to pay overtime and grant left over vacation days as well.
That can cause you to pay for a fucker for half a year and then fruitlessly try to get that money back after the fact. Good luck with that.
It's much better to have them write up an admission of guilt and voiding their yet unpaid time, then have them quit without reason. Tell 'em that if they try shit you'll take that admission of guilt and fuck them up in court. Good luck getting a job as a marked thief. Always have one witness in the room so they can't claim that you forced them. Don't have more witnesses so they can't claim having felt threatened.
Shit still sucks. I actually have replacement already but I'll at least partially have to do his job for a while now. Running a business is so fun, you guys.

That's like $1000 or more. Jesus. I always wonder where people find these shitheads. I can't say I'd never take money from an employer EVER, but I haven't yet. And I don't think I would. Sometimes I wonder why people think these things are okay.
It's like how my neighbors have cultivated a garden, but people still come along and just take food right off and eat it. Nigga, that's not yours! You didn't spend the money and take the time to get that garden growing. Why would you think you can just walk along and take that shit to eat?
Some people honestly should be killed. I wonder at times if cutting the hands off of thieves as punishment wasn't justice after all. That's an exaggeration and an extreme reaction to someone stealing out of a garden sure, but it happens SO MUCH.
