Search for "Mister FPGA" to get accurate results. It's a project that uses an FPGA dev board to replicate original hardware for arcade, console, and home computers instead of using software emulation.

Mister works great. I have the Analog IO addon for it so I can output native 15kHz video. The TV need a little work with convergence and I'll need to program a universal remote so I can get in and turn the sharpness down. It's way too high right now.
