I don't think any judge in the US that would issue a warrant under these circumstances. My guess is that the NZ police thought the name "Kiwi Farms" meant the website had something to do with New Zealand and that's why the request was made in the first place.
However, the response from the KF admin was like trying to kill a bee with a white phosphorus grenade. A simple "no" would have likely handled it but because he acted like a crazy person he now has the media, Twitter mobs, and (possibly) American law enforcement on his case.

Funny how he is close with Nick Rekieta yet he didn't watch a recent stream where he explained what happened to FPSRussia. The"official" stance was that they smelled weed and then got a warrant to search his shit, but it was a liquid form in a bottle. Nick said it was obvious the fuckers lied, opened his shit up first, found it and then got a warrant to cover their asses. See, we had a discussion in the other thread about how it's in our best interest that foxdick stay up. I agree but something like that is completely out of our hands. Because of the nature of the thing and because Null's an anti-social retard completely incapable of diffusing any tense situation, I think it's inevitable that it will be taken down. One day he'll antagonise somebody who can actually do something to him, if NZ police aren't it.
