I guess that's why a human is able to healthily survive eating nothing but meat but fuckloads of it but not only eating plants except for ultra processed protein extract only possible in modern times.
No but seriously, a proper meal is always meat and vegetables. Not just for health but also for taste. An oven roast isn't half as good without gravy with lots of vegetables in the broth and some fitting vegetables as a side. You're not some half-monkey sitting in a mud hut so eat like a cultured human and you'll be fine and have the tastier meals as well.
